What's included in your website maintenance services?
Every care plan covers hosting, updates, security, backups, speed, content edits and reporting that makes sense. It's full website support, handled monthly, so you don't have to think about it.
What's in a WordPress care plan?
A WordPress care plan covers eight things: managed hosting with uptime monitoring, security and malware protection, regular backups you can restore from, WordPress core, theme and plugin updates, speed work to hold Core Web Vitals, your content edits each month, small UX and conversion improvements, and a short monthly note on what changed. Plans start at $299/month + GST, month to month.
How much does website maintenance cost?
Care plans start at $299/month + GST for a standard site. Growth, for busier and ecommerce sites, is from $599, and Partner, for custom or multi-site builds, from $1,199. Month to month with no lock-in, or pay yearly and get 2 months free.
Do you maintain WordPress sites?
Yes, WordPress is most of what we look after. Our WordPress maintenance covers core, theme and plugin updates, security hardening, malware clean-up, backups and speed, plus WooCommerce stores and the sites we build ourselves. If a bad update breaks something, fixing it is part of the plan.
Do you offer WordPress maintenance packages or plans?
Yes. There are three website maintenance packages: the standard care plan from $299/month + GST, Growth from $599 for busier and ecommerce sites, and Partner from $1,199 for custom or multi-site builds. All month to month, or pay yearly and get 2 months free.
Can you recommend an affordable website support package in Sydney?
Our standard care plan is $299/month + GST, which sits mid-range for Sydney. Cheaper plans usually mean updates only, with fixes billed on top; ours includes the fixes, content edits and support. If $299 is more than you need, tell us what the site actually does and we'll say honestly whether a plan is worth it yet.
Do you only work with Sydney businesses?
No. We're based in Oakhurst in Western Sydney and most of our maintenance clients are Sydney businesses, but the work is remote, so we look after sites across Australia, including Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart and Darwin. Same plans, same prices, support in AEST hours.
Will you look after a site you didn't build?
Yes, we take on existing sites all the time. We start with a health check, sort anything urgent, then keep it in good shape from there.
My site is only a year old. Do I really need this?
Yes. New sites drift too: software ages, speed slips, and small things break. A plan catches it early, before it costs you.
Can I stop if it's not working out?
Anytime. There's no long lock-in on monthly plans. The site stays yours, and we hand it back cleanly.
My site's down and I'm not on a plan. Can you help?
Yes. Our emergency website repair handles urgent fixes for sites that are down, hacked or broken, whether we built them or not. It's a free assessment, then a fixed price from $499, with most sites back online in 24 to 48 hours.
