SalariQ tells Australian workers if they're underpaid, then coaches them through asking for more. It runs on real Australian salary data and an AI pay coach. And it's ours. We built it, and we run it.
The challenge
Most of us have no real idea if we're paid fairly. You take the offer, or the quiet 'no' at review time, and find out years later, usually from a workmate, that you were thousands short. The data is out there. It's just scattered, mostly American, or buried in job boards. So good people walk into big pay conversations guessing what they're worth.
Our approach
How we solved it.
We designed, built and run SalariQ ourselves. All of it: the app, the design, the AI. Every salary figure is worked out in code from real Australian data, including the ABS and Jobs & Skills Australia, so the numbers are honest and never made up by the AI. Then there's Pay Coach, an AI that talks each person through their own negotiation. How to ask. When to ask. What to say when the answer is no. We built it privacy-first, with personal data de-identified and aggregated, in line with the Australian Privacy Act.
