Islamic Travel
A travel agency's packages, now bookable online end to end.
The brief
Islamic Travel is a travel agency with packages worth booking. We refreshed their whole website and built a custom booking solution on WooCommerce, so customers can now buy their travel packages online, start to finish.
The challenge
Islamic Travel had a strong offering and a website that told their story well, but it stopped short of the one thing a travel business needs online: letting customers actually book. Enquiries still had to happen offline, which meant every booking leaned on a phone call or a visit rather than a click.
Our approach
How we solved it.
We reimagined the site around booking. Custom wireframing mapped how a traveller browses packages and buys with confidence. We refreshed the design, wrote the content and copy, and built a custom travel booking app integrated with WooCommerce, so packages are presented well and purchased online, with the team able to run it themselves.
